Food safety
STVO has been awarded several certifications highlighting the quality of its work and the importance attached to food safety:
- French poultry: our production is 100% of French origin. Our animals are born, raised and slaughtered in France, ensuring a secure supply and consistent quality.
- HACCP: Our H.A.C.C.P. (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) approach is based on risk analysis and control to ensure food safety. Every day, we rely on 3 major pillars:
- Ensuring compliance with current regulations
- Bacteriological analysis plans and salmonella risk control
- High-performance traceability
- Halal: all our products are Halal-certified, enabling us to better meet the needs of all consumers.
- We also hold other recognized certifications guaranteeing our commitment to food safety.
