Based in the heart of the Pays de la Loire region, we are a company specialized in cutting and processing poultry. As a leading player in the agrifood industry, we now offer a wide range of products from the 3 poultry species:

We play a key role in optimizing the industry by adding new value to poultry products, which are 100% from French origin.
STVO is also part of the Hendrix Genetics group, world leader in sustainable animal breeding targeting five different species (turkeys, laying hens, traditional poultry, swine and aquaculture).

Our facility is equipped with modern, high-performance equipment to meet the needs of a constantly evolving market.
1957 – 1980
Mr Joseph Grelier invests in the creation of breeding farms and the 1st industrial hatchery and becomes the Grelier group.
1984
The Grelier group takes over SEPRA, which then becomes STVO.
All poultry is first slaughtered outside on specialized sites, then transported to STVO where they are cut up on-site.
2011
STVO joins the Hendrix Genetics group (merger with the GRELIER group). From then on, 100% of the group’s turkeys are processed at STVO to meet the growing needs of consumers.
2024
STVO celebrates 40 years of poultry processing expertise and partnerships with industry customers.
